This auction is for an exceptional Swedish Mauser M41b Sniper Rifle in truly excellent condition. The rifle has a matching receiver and bolt but small parts such as the barrel bands, buttplate and trigger housing are not, which was common with these rifles as they were converted to sniper configuration.

22 Jan 2013 I thought about a new bolt (bent) and the sniper mount they have. was a direct copy of the military m55 sight used on the m41 sniper rifle.

I have a real nice original Swede M41 (NOT M41B!) sniper rifle that is missing the scope and mount, but still has the original base attached. Did the The " G m41b "disc were used starting with the 1955 rebuilds & mostly discarded when the bore disc came into use . Some that have not been rebuilt since 1955 may still have the sniper disc .

There's probably nothing harder to do than keep others from forcing you to take their side, and only through the threat of force of arms can you keep the warring factions at bay. When first issued in 1941-42, six m/41 sniper rifles were issued per company and were a standard of Swedish infantry armament. The m/41B continued in service through 1995. The last unit to utilize the m/41B was the Swedish Home Guard and they used it until it was replaced by the scoped AK4OR, a Swedish version of the H&K G3A3 fitted with a Hensoldt Fero Z24 4×24 scope.

Hence the M41B designation. The base rifle was manufactured in 1900. Yes, it’s a 116 year old gun. I think the scope is a post-WWII production by Jena. Which is correct. 4x. Most of the M41B snipers in this country were brought in as surplus and had undergone an arsenal refinishing post war.

Carl Gustav M96 1923 built 6.5 ,matching bolt ,all matching numbers, un molested, with Repro M41B sniper side Mount ,with spacers to use one inch scope or 26 mm , ,buyer pays cost etc, no offers Re: Which one of these M41b's do I want? Functionally, there will be no difference between CG and Oberndorf M96. The Oberndorf rifles were made on contract in Germany for only a couple years, so they are fewer in number. How many (if any) were converted to M41b snipers I don't know and perhaps a Swedish expert can fill in the blanks. THIS RIFLE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION ALL ROUND INCLUDING THE BORE.
